MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY

For in-showroom merchandise, we’ll have your items wrapped, packed, and ready for curbside pick-up or door to door delivery. Custom merchandise will be delivered by a third party service. 

  • In-showroom accessories, artwork,lamps, and rugs will be available for curbside pick-up or delivery within 48 hours. 
  • In-showroom furniture, is available for local delivery or pickup only. If you do not live in the Twin Cities area and are interested in purchasing something we’ve posted, please email us at info@studiom-int.com. 
  • For custom furniture, please allow up to 8-10 weeks production time prior to shipment. Once shipped, please allow up to 3 additional weeks in transit from our manufacturer to you. 
  • Special order framed artwork typically takes about 10 days to print so expect your custom artwork at your door in 3 weeks, if not sooner. 
  • Custom bedding, window treatments and pillows, please allow up to 4 weeks for production and delivery. 

SHIPPING and DELIVERY

We ship anywhere in the US. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive two messages: 

  1. Confirming your order.
  2. Confirming when your order has shipped. The second email will include a tracking number.

Furniture Items and Rates: Standard shipping rates apply to items we are able to ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. 

  • Furniture will be delivered by a third party delivery service. 
  • $150.00 – 1 Item (Minimum Charge)
  • $350.00 – 2 Or more items delivered at one time to the same address. Fees charged per delivery. 
  • Delivery includes simply assembly and packing materials removed. Does not include technical or electric hook-ups. 
  • A handling fee is applied to any piece that requires extra care to ship or must ship by freight carrier. 

RETURNS

We ship anywhere in the US. Once your order is placed you’ll receive two messages: 

  • Each item is inspected prior to shipment, but damages can happen, please inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 48 hours; our team will work on a replacement right away. 
  • Studio M doe snot accept returns or exchanges on the following items: custom upholstery, rug swatches, furniture, art, or sale items. 
  • We will provide order status updates. Dates are subject to change.
